The Research and Development team is dedicated to researching various contents for the better of Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT). The ultimate purpose of this unit is to provide continuous development by providing insights on how to improve different aspects of our agency to make sure we are the best agency on Habbo. We aim to achieve this by collecting and discussing suggestions, feedback and concerns from all SWAT Employees and its visitors in order to ensure that our employees are working in a friendly, fun and fair environment.

What do we look for?
- We are open to any and all divisions!
- Preferably no disciplinary records, but not mandatory.
- Must be active within the agency.
- Friendly and approachable.
- Positive mindset.
What will you do?
- Provide overall support to improve SWAT.
- Catalogue and process suggestions, concerns, and all feedback for further discussion.
- Develop new ideas to better SWAT.
- Voice your opinions in the form of votes on all pending suggestions
