SWAT Members SWAT Members are encouraged to only use this form for emergency situations, including any of the following:

Your main account or alt account(s) have been compromised or hacked.
You are receiving serious threats to your Habbo account (threats of hacking or DDOS).
Your main Habbo account has been banned for 7 or more days.
You cannot log into your main Habbo account.
You cannot log into your main Discord account.

For all other questions, issues, or enquries you should use the Help Desk in base or reach out to directly to someone of appropriate rank instead.

Notice We try to respond to all enquires within 24 hours although that timeframe may change when we receive a large volume of submissions. Please submit a second contact us submission if you have not received a follow up in 72 hours.
