The Department of Mentorships is a special unit established to accommodate individuals who have just joined SWAT either through recruitment, transfers or returning. They have the overall responsibility in making people feel welcomed and supported at SWAT, and to help ensure that our new members have the resources to become an efficient member of our agency.
Their goal is to ensure that everyone feels welcome and enjoy their journey at SWAT!

What do we look for?

  • Must be Superintendent+
  • Worked at SWAT for at least 2 weeks.
  • No active LOA.
  • Activity and communication is a must!
  • Have no infractions (If you have one, must be 3 months + since last infracted).

What will you do?

  • Mentor new members and ensure they feel welcome at SWAT.
  • Ensure the information provided for new members is clear, easy to understand, and up to date!
