If they want to join us, help recruit them by following the steps below:
1. Ask them to change their motto (bio) to [SWAT] Recruit.
2. Ask them to wear the uniform located in the lobby by double clicking the designated mannequins.
3. Ask them to join the SWAT badge by clicking on any SWAT employees profile,
or the pennant in the lobby.
4. Finally, ask them to leave other agency’s badges if they have any.

When they are done, please type :in and they will be teleported to security.

Here are the most important rules; please try to remember them.
1. Promotions, pay, and badge admins are earned, so do not ask for them!
Once you have finished your pay requirement, go to the help desk for your pay badge.
We will talk about your pay requirements in a bit!
2. Do not use coloured chat as they are only for the use of in-command members, trainers and donors.
3. Do not use effects or dance as this will disrupt the flow of the HQ.
The only members allowed to use effects or dance are donors.
4. Always wear your correct uniform, badge, and motto.
Once you become a Detective, you can wear non-uniform clothing.
5. Do not spam or double job!
If one is caught double jobbing, they will be terminated from their position at SWAT.
6. Do not self promote. This means giving yourself a higher rank.
7. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (GMT), you are free to dance, use effects, coloured chat,
and wear regular clothing.

As for pay times: we pay 6 times daily at 12PM, 4PM, 8PM,12AM, 4AM, 8AM GMT time.
In SWAT, 1 point is equivalent to 1 coin/credits.
Filling front desks for 1 hour will reward you with 2 points.
Getting promoted 4 times will reward you with 3 points.
You can also earn the bonus which double your points (4 and 6 pts) if you fulfill more requirements.
You can find the requirements at habboswat|org under “Pay Policy”
Make sure to approach the help desk as soon as you finish doing your pay badge requirements.
Pay requests must be claimed at or before 8am GMT pay, as this is when a hard reset happens.
You should have your pay badge request on the portal 10 minutes before the pay time to be valid.
To collect pay, you must be present in base at exactly pay time for the pay line.
You will need to be online for 30 minutes after pay to avoid a 24 hour pay ban.
Your points will be added to your portal profile as “points”.
To claim the points, you can request a Points Admin at the help desk
or use the “#swat-requests” channel on discord.
Basically, the process is: Work > Go to Help Desk for Pay Badge > Wait for Pay Time > Claim Points

Welcome to SWAT Security Training!
Congratulations on making it to Security, the second division of SWAT.
In this session, you will be taught how to operate SWAT’s Security Station.
There will be a test at the end.
Are you ready to begin?

SWAT’s Security Station is essential – as it sends users where they need to go,
while preventing imposters from entering our base.
The Security Station is also known as FTS (Fill the Security).
When a user is standing on the rollers of the processing area, say “:ga.te” (without the dot) while sitting on the FTS chair.
This will open the gate, allowing the user to roll into the gate.
Once they are rolling in front of you, you must check their badge, uniform and motto.
You must also check their profile, to ensure there are no other agency or mafia-related badges.
After checking this, there are three options as to what you may do next.
If the user’s badge, motto and uniform shows a recruit – step on the yellow tile.
If they do not appear to work at SWAT, or the Portal states “Entry Denied” – step on the red tile.
If the user appears to work at SWAT and the Portal states “Entry Permitted” – step on the green tile.
With these three tiles, you must remember to stay standing on them
until the user is teleported to their destination.
In short – yellow for training, red for lobby, and green for base.

We must get you signed up on the SWAT Portal!
The portal is a tool which we use to keep track of all our logs – it helps us verify who works for SWAT.
You will need to use the Portal when filling the Security. Please open a new tab and visit habboswat¥xyz (¥ stands for a dot(.)).
Once you are on the portal, click “Register” and create an account.
Input your username and you should be given a code which you will need to copy from the site.
Then paste the code to your motto, kindly wait for 1-2 minutes for the portal to read before pressing the “Verify” button.
Let me know when you are finished.
[Check if the trainee’s profile states “Registered”. If it does not, make sure it does]
Now that you are on the portal, go to Tools found on the upper left and select Security Search.
This is where you will search the username of employees you are processing.
An easy way to do this is to whisper them, and then copy and paste their username.
Please give Security Search a try now – you may type your own username in and let me know what it says after “Access Granted:”

However, with great power comes great responsibility.
During this session, we will cover your new roles as a Detective.
Please pay close attention, as you will be tested on this at the end.
As you already know, your previous responsibilities are still expected of you.
This includes FTF, FTS, as well as training new Recruits whenever needed.
As for your new additional roles:
1 – You can now promote hard working members according to your promotion limits.
Please refer to the promotion limits on our Rank List.
You and the person you promote must have an online time of 15 minutes
and must have been filling stations for 5 minutes.
However, make sure they qualify for the promotion, first.
More information will be discussed later on in the training.
2- You are responsible for “disciplining” the Standard and Security Units.
Verbal warnings are given out to members who disobey the Code of Conduct.
The Code of Conduct can be found on our website under Policies.
If two warnings are given, and there are no improvements in the Agent’s behaviour,
you can demote the Agent to the rank below them.
Firing an Agent requires permission from a Lieutenant or above, however,
it is discouraged unless absolutely necessary.
Depending on the severity of the Agent’s action, the warning steps may be skipped.
No matter the disciplinary action, you must log this on the portal. This can be done under Infractions
and by clicking “Add Infraction”. You will then need to follow the directions on the portal.

3- You may now wear non-uniform clothing.
Your clothing, however, must comply with SWAT’s dress code.

4- When going on leave, you must log it through the portal.
You must log a Leave of Absence if you will not be online for 14 days or more.
Failure to do so will result in your badges being removed.
To do this, go to “Leaves” on the portal and by clicking “Add Leave”. You should then follow the steps provided.

On our portal, click on “Logs” at the top left then to “Promotions”.
From there, you will see prompts when a user can be promoted.

As a Detective, you can only promote up to the last rank of the Trainers division.
Do not forget to ask them to request the new division’s badge.
As their promoter, please seek out for a Badge admin to accept their badge.
This can be done on Habbo if any admins are online, or on discord under #swat-requests.
When promoting, you must wait 5 minutes between promoting people, this is to give other people a chance
to promote. You must also not stand behind or near a member waiting for their promotion time to be
fulfilled, this is called hovering and is not allowed in SWAT.
Requirements for promotion are as follows:
Standard Unit: May receive a promotion every 10 minutes at the front desk.
Never skip a rank when promoting.
You can promote the same person thrice, not more than that.
Once again, it is important to log your promotion instantly.
This will prevent misunderstandings in the security area.

‘Request Type’ as ‘Pay Badge Request’.

The portal is the tool we use for managing employees. This includes in Security.
When processing a user, search their name on the Security Search on the portal
The Security station is called FTS, short for Fill The Security.
You should also use the portal for applying for a Leave of Absence.
You’ll need one of these if you’re going to be away for 14 days or more, e.g. on holiday or exams.
You may wish to get a pen and paper or your notes app as I go over the key points in FTS.

As a Detective, you are able to be promoted up to your promotion limit on the rank list.
You’re also able to demote/strike up to Head of Guards ranks with no approval needed.
You can fire up to Sheriff with the approval of a Lieutenant or above.
Note that all promotions and infractions should be logged in the portal.
Infractions also always need evidence and/or witnesses. Screenshots are preferable.
Wait 5 minutes between promotions, and make sure people are eligible before promoting them.
Make sure you also have an online time of at least 15 mins, as well as the user.

Information on pay can be found on the website under Pay Policy. We pay 6x a day.
This is at 12PM, 4PM, 8PM, 12AM, 4AM and 8AM GMT.
We also have a Bonus Pay system which allows you to double your pay!

I am here to provide you with some information about our base!
Please follow me through the different sections
of the base so I can explain everything to you.
We’ll begin this tour from our lobby area!
The sofas next to us are where our visitors enter the room!
There are also 4 gates which provides people with quick access to base.
The gate you will be using the most is the Detective’s one.
Here is our Transfer Desk,
a very significant part in every agency! µ
SWAT’s iC team handles transfers.
Our Mentorship Program are responsible for mentoring those who join.
We are always happy to see new faces who will contribute to SWAT!
I would like to introduce you to the FTF (Fill The Front) desk!
This will be your primary station, where you apply all the knowledge that you learned in training!
Please remember to always be welcoming and respectful towards our visitors
and if they want to work with us, assist them with their motto, badge & uniform!!
Please do note that we don’t hire people with inappropriate usernames!
Once you are 100% sure that your new Recruit has met all the standards,
please type :in to teleport them through to the FTS!
Moving on to FTT (Fill The Training) station,
which you probably remember from earlier when you were taken to training.
Members of this division are tasked to provide all necessary information
to our recruits and other necessary divisions, to ensure they are ready to work for that division.
And now we have approached the help desk,
this is where our members seek for help.
It is also where pay requests get checked & approved.
Access is gained to the help desk once you become an iC.
We have several areas where you can go AFK (Away From Keyboard)!
They are known as the FTB (Fill The Back) area!
There are 3 areas you can go AFK in the HQ:
1. The sofas and treadmills in base by stepping on the blue arrow tile.
2. The pillows that are all in a neat line.
3. On the piano, the seats of it and behind the seats.
Over here is where our pay line is.
Our pay line is wired to appear when it’s pay time
and then removed once pay has been given.
This is to reduce taking up space!
This is the events area, one of our most impressive areas of the base.
This area is wired for us to host a variety of games such as fridge game, heaven or hell etc.
You are able to become a host by applying for our Events Team!

These 2 teleporters that you see lead to different room.
The left one leads you to SWAT’s Hallway,
while the right one leads you to Donor’s Room!
